📄 Ruqyah Worldwide Terms & Conditions

1.1. Ruqyah sessions are conducted in accordance with Islamic guidelines.
1.2. Female clients must attend with a Mahram (male guardian) or a female chaperone, who must remain physically present with the client throughout the session, this is for one to one sessions. For group sessions it is strongly advised to have someone present in case of any support that may be needed.
1.3. Clients must be mentally sound and able to provide informed consent for the session.

2.1. Full payment is required at the time of booking.
2.2. Payments are processed securely via our accepted payment methods.
2.3. No bookings will be confirmed without payment.

2.4. Subscription Payments
Clients who join a monthly subscription plan agree to automatic recurring payments each billing cycle (e.g. monthly). Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time before the next renewal date using the link provided in the confirmation or renewal emails.

Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused sessions after renewal. Reminder emails may be sent prior to renewal where applicable. By subscribing, clients acknowledge that they understand and consent to these terms.

3.1. Clients may reschedule or cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
3.2. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.
3.3. No-shows or failure to attend the session will result in forfeiture of the session fee.
3.4. If the practitioner cancels the session, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

4.1. Clients must ensure they are in a quiet, distraction-free environment if the session is conducted online.
4.2. The use of recording devices or taking photographs during the session is strictly prohibited.
4.3. Any disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

5.1. Clients are advised to seek medical or professional assistance where necessary.
5.2. The practitioner does not guarantee specific outcomes from the session.

6.1. All personal information shared by the client will be kept strictly confidential.
6.2. No personal details will be shared with third parties unless required by law.
6.3. Any misuse of the service, including providing false information, may result in termination of services.

By booking and attending a Ruqyah session, you confirm that:
